About Us

Stephen is responsible for driving STEPOLO's strategic efforts with particular attention to directing the evolution of the STEPOLO web-based application development framework to meet the requirements of next-generation Web 2.0 technology. Stephen has consulted for organizations such as T-mobile, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and higher educational institutions in the United States, such as Georgia State University and Spelman College. Furthermore, Stephen also consulted for pharmaceutical companies such as Astra Zeneca and GlaxoSmithKline in the United Kingdom, amongst others. Stephen holds a Ph.D. in International Affairs and Development from Clark Atlanta University, a Masters of Arts degree in Communication Policy Studies from City University of London, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Computing and Mathematics from the University of North London.

Kevin is responsible for all creative projects and staff. Kevin is in charge for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department. He manages creative projects from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies, and directing the creative team in the production of advertising and marketing collateral. Kevin has several years of leadership experience, an accessible digital portfolio, a thorough understanding of information architecture, and proven project management skills. Kevin holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Graphic Designs.

Sangeetha is responsible for defining site objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality. She develops user interfaces to Internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests. She recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives. Sangeetha also integrates applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers. She creates multimedia applications by using authoring tools. She works with our developers to complete applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. She supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
